Information We May Collect
If you contact Clarain, we may collect business contact details and inquiry information such as your name, company, role, work email, current AI environment, potential pilot domain, and any context you choose to share.
How Information Is Used
Inquiry information is used to evaluate fit, respond to outreach, schedule conversations, and support potential or active consulting engagements. Clarain does not sell personal information submitted through this site.
Analytics and Cookies
Long Party playtests automatically collect a pseudonymous player ID, session and active-time estimates, game progress, build, error count, coarse region, and general device and browser type. The player ID is stored in the browser or supplied by a shared playtest link. New activity records do not include names, IP addresses, full browser strings, saved games, or free-text error details. Existing opt-outs remain in effect, and collection can be stopped through the game's Pause setting. Clarain uses the records to understand playtest use and improve the game. The developer dashboard is password-protected, uses an expiring sign-in cookie, and reads the records from private hosting storage.
Data Handling and Retention
Clarain applies reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to inquiry information and retains it only for as long as reasonably needed for business, operational, or legal purposes.
